Here’s what you need to know:

We start with Lot 1. Once Lot 1 is concluded, we’ll move on to Lot 2 and continue in numerical order from there. Once we’ve completed the final lot, we’ll circle back to any unsold items, addressing them one by one before moving on to the next.

Sellers:

Kindly ensure that the items you bring to Busca Auctioneers are in good working condition. Once goods are handed over to us, we are not responsible or accountable for any damage incurred.

T’s & C’s:

  1. Refrain from posting YOUR OWN ITEMS FOR SALE, spam or advertisements, as violators will be removed
  2. The highest accepted bidder shall be the purchaser
  3. The Auctioneer reserves the right to regulate the bidding and may withdraw any item at any time
  4. Seller’s commission payable (20%). No Buyer’s premium payable
  5. Seller’s goods not auctioned off must be removed from the premises within 30 days or they will be sold, and the proceeds will be retained for storage fees
  6. All goods are sold “As Is” without warranties
  7. “As Found” indicates that the item is sold in its current condition, which may include being non-functional or requiring repair
  8. All sales are final
  9. Lots once knocked down, remain at the risk of the purchaser
  10. Any buyer who defaults on payment will be banned from future auctions within our network. Please refrain from bidding if you don't have the funds available
  11. Payments must be made within 48 hours of winning the bid and items must be picked up within 5 days unless prior arrangements have been made
  12. Seller and buyer identification will be copied upon item delivery or pickup as per FICA
  13. No bids allowed below R10
